A small operator needs three things to look professional: a booking page customers can use without calling, a clear list of who is driving which ride, and a way to tell the passenger where the car is. FleTaxi covers all three with a browser-based workspace, a driver web app and passenger tracking links.
Setup is self-service. Create the company, add your services, operating areas and tariffs, upload your logo, invite drivers with a link and share your booking page. The 15-day trial needs no credit card, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

Can the owner handle dispatch without extra staff?
Yes. The owner account can receive bookings, assign drivers and vehicles and manage the fleet. The owner is not counted in the admin / dispatch user limit.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No app-store download is needed. Drivers use the FleTaxi progressive web app in the phone browser and can add it to the home screen. The screen must stay open while sharing GPS.
What happens when my fleet grows past the plan limit?
You can move to Growth (10 drivers, 6 vehicles) or Scale (25 drivers, 15 vehicles). Above 25 active drivers, contact us for an Enterprise setup.
