What is FleTaxi?
FleTaxi is cloud software for taxi and private-hire operators. It combines online booking, dispatch, driver and vehicle management, a driver web app, live fleet GPS and passenger tracking in one platform.
Who is FleTaxi for?
Independent taxi companies, private-hire and chauffeur operators and transfer companies. Standard plans cover up to 25 active drivers; larger fleets can ask for an Enterprise setup.
How much does FleTaxi cost?
Starter costs €49 per month, Growth €129 and Scale €249. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price: €490, €1,290 or €2,490. All plans include the same features.
Does FleTaxi charge per ride?
No. There is no commission and no per-ride fee. FleTaxi does not process passenger payments, so you keep charging passengers the way you do today.
Do I need a credit card to try FleTaxi?
No. The 15-day trial starts without payment details. When it ends, operations pause until you choose a plan.
Does FleTaxi have a driver app?
Yes, as a progressive web app (PWA). Drivers open it in the phone browser and can add it to the home screen. Nothing needs to be installed from an app store.
Does FleTaxi include driver GPS tracking?
Yes. While a driver has an active ride and keeps the FleTaxi screen open, the phone shares its position with your dispatch map and the passenger's tracking page. A web app cannot guarantee tracking with the screen locked.
Can passengers track their taxi?
Yes. Each ride has a tracking link that shows the ride status, driver, vehicle and live position. The link stops working when the ride ends or after 24 hours.
Does FleTaxi support online taxi bookings?
Yes. Every company gets a public booking page for immediate or scheduled rides. Bookings go straight into the dispatch workspace.
Can I embed FleTaxi booking on my website?
Yes. The company settings include an embed code for your booking form, so passengers can book without leaving your website.
